A highlight of the evening was a network-based live improvisation between musicians on-site and artists from Cape Town, South Africa, as well as a live concert by guest professor Okkyung Lee.

The concert marked the opening of the event series "IMMP" (Intercultural Media and Music Practice) and was held in close collaboration with the South African College of Music (SACM) at the University of Cape Town, as well as the Institute for Music Informatics and Musicology and the SAM · ComputerStudio at the Karlsruhe University of Music.
