The Open M Art Fair in Hangzhou, held at the Tianmuli art complex, is a dynamic platform for experimental and cross‑medial practices, bringing together artists and designers exploring materiality, participation, and process. Lorenz Schwarz presented a collection of DIY synthesizers alongside MORE ROAR!, an entropic synthesizer and degenerative artwork by John Richards (Dirty Electronics) and Agnes Cameron. Together with Yunfei Zhang’s Ping Pong, an experimental sound art installation in the form of an interactive ping pong table that generates sound with each bounce, these works invited audiences to engage playfully with sound, interaction, and transformation. Schwarz's participation was part of the Circuitry-Based Sound workshop and research initiative.
