Horizontal Sync is an audiovisual live performance using self built electronic circuits. Assembled on breadboards, the circuits generate and process audio signals that simultaneously control the visual output of five analog CRT screens. Sound and image emerge from the same electronic source, where voltage fluctuations become both audible frequencies and visible patterns. The performance explores the direct translation between the audio and video domains and treats electronic signals as a shared material for sound and light.
Technical Setup
